Yes. Payments are held in escrow and, if no dispute is raised, are automatically released to the seller 24 hours after delivery confirmation. You also have a code-secured delivery handover with our Seli Pilot network, and a 24-hour Buyer Claims window in case something goes wrong.

Sign up in the app, complete the verified seller process, and you can start posting product videos and photo carousels. A 5.5% commission applies when an order is paid, and payouts are automatic within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

Seli Pilot handles pickup and delivery in Lagos with verified pilots. You get live tracking on the order, and the pilot hands over your package only when you share your delivery code. Same-day delivery is available on eligible orders.

Shemi is the AI assistant inside Seli Market. Upload a product photo and it writes the listing title, description and SEO tags - and can generate professional product images - so merchants can list products in seconds instead of hours.
